Registered in Marquis' "Who's Who In America", "Who's Who in American Art" and "Who's Who In The World", Sarah Brown is an Honors graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of Chicago. She was commissioned by Atlanta Ducks Unlimited to design the first Georgia State Ducks Unlimited poster. Prestigious juried shows include the Charleston, SC. Southeartern Wildlife show, Knickerbocker Artists, NY; Bosque Farms, NM; and many others. Many magazines and newspapers have featured articles about the artist. The luscious palette knife paintings and portraits have drawn many followers from celebrities such as Vincent Price and Sally Field, to President Jimmy Carter, and have found their way into collections throughtout the United States, Canada, England, France, and Japan. A few professional memberships include the Portrait Society of America, Women in the Arts Museum (Charter Member) in Washington, D.C., the National League of American Pen Women; National Wildlife Federation; National Humane Society; Atlanta Zoological Society; and the High Museum of Art.
